  • All items sold on Graded Slabs are:
    • Professionally graded and authenticated
    • Sold as collectibles with fixed condition ratings
  • Due to the collectible and investment nature of these items:
    • All sales are considered final

2. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under specific circumstances:

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is incorrect (different from what you ordered)
  • The item is significantly different from the listing description
  • The item arrives damaged during shipping

You are NOT eligible for a return if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You are dissatisfied with the grading (grading is done by third-party companies)
  • Minor imperfections exist that were visible in product images
  • Market value of the item has changed after purchase

3. Return Request Process

Important:
